This space is for the woman who wants to feel at home in her body.
To soften. To feel more alive — more herself, more connected to her own rhythm and power.
You might be here because you’re tired. Of stress, of tension, of carrying too much for too long. Maybe you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or just a little lost in it all.
You don’t need another intense workout, or a treatment that overrides your body. You’re allowed to slow down — to move with intention, to listen, to lead from within.
I’m Megan — a somatic bodyworker and movement guide based on the South Coast.
My work weaves intuitive touch, movement, and breath to help the body return to a state of natural regulation and flow. What matters most to me is that people reconnect with their inner knowing, and begin to live from that place with clarity and trust.
I hold space that is grounded, calm, and deeply intuitive — where nothing needs to be forced or fixed.
People come to this work when they’re ready to return. To soften into their power, and rebuild their relationship with their body from the inside out. It’s also a space for those already on the path — who feel connected, but are seeking depth, consistency, and like-minded community to continue exploring their body and inner world.
Some spaces are open to all, while others are held specifically for women.
There was a time when I felt like I was moving through life on autopilot.
Disconnected, unfulfilled, following paths that never really felt like mine. My relationship with my body was distant — and often critical. Something I pushed, ignored, or tried to control. I thought that was just normal.
Things started to shift when I found eastern movement practices. They showed me a completely different way of being — not about pushing harder, but about listening, sensing, and working with my body. I began to see how much the “push through” mentality had fried my nervous system, and why it had never really worked for me.
So I stopped.
I started moving slower, more intentionally — in a way that actually supported me. And everything began to change. My energy, my capacity, my relationship with myself.
As I began sharing this work, I realised how many people were feeling the same — burnt out, holding tension, quietly disconnected.
Motherhood deepened all of this even further. It brought me into a completely new relationship with my body — one that is constantly changing, and asking to be met in new ways. It softened the urgency I once felt to figure it all out.
Because there is no rush in returning to yourself. It’s a lifelong process — a relationship built over time, through listening, through presence, through coming back again and again.
I now offer weekly moving meditation classes by the sea, as well as 1:1 bodywork and breathwork sessions.
These spaces are designed to support you in slowing down, reconnecting, and returning to your body in a way that feels natural and sustainable. Through movement, breath, and touch, I create space for clarity, awareness, and the quiet chance to hear your own truth.
My sessions are nurturing, grounded, and intuitive — supporting both rest and insight. This work supports you in feeling more connected, more regulated, and more at home within yourself.
You don’t need experience — just a willingness to be present, open, and curious.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to begin. Through a class, a session, or simply by slowing down and listening to your body.
There’s no rush.
